Alan Manufacturing Inc.: Zone Control Dampers
Green zone control dampers are powered normally open or normally closed 24 vac with an 88-pound torque motor; there is no wasted energy by springs to overcome or to be held open. The manufacturer says the unique gasket moves with the blade and will never dry out while maintaining control of the airflow.
ClenAir Manufacturing: HVAC System Odor Neutralizer
The HVAC Odor Block provides complete home or building odor elimination and improved IAQ through the HVAC duct system. According to the manufacturer, it is a true odor neutralizer, not an odor mask or coverup. It reacts with the odor-causing compounds and eliminates them and other indoor pollutants.
EDC International: Condensate Removal System
The Limpet condensate removal system is designed for the mini-split market. The pump is aesthetically pleasing and performs reliably (pumps condensate vertically 50 feet and 100 feet horizontally). The system is said to install in minutes, is simple to service, and saves installation labor hours.
Mueller Industries Inc.: Line Sets
The company’s entire line of standard and mini-split line sets are now UL recognized at 700-psi maximum working pressure. According to the manufacturer, it is the first company in the industry to achieve third-party recognition on line sets for use with R-410A refrigerant.
SCL Elements Inc.: BAS Controllers
Can2Go™ brand controllers support wireless mesh communication and serial link, and can manage wired and wireless (EnOcean, Zigbee) end devices at the same time. They automatically convert all end devices into BACnet objects and host a complete building automation Web interface.
TiteFlex Corp.: Solar Heating Tubing
The FlexSure® system is a method of connecting solar panels and a hot-water storage tank. It features corrugated, semirigid 316L stainless steel tubing (CSST) as well as a full range of accessories including a series of patent-pending fittings featuring a dependable, multipoint seal. Part of the FlexSure product line is the Dual Solar Tubing.
UVDI: UV Disinfection-Cleaning System
The V-RAY GRID™ Healthy Building System utilizes advanced ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) technology. The UVGI provides improved IAQ through simultaneous airstream and surface disinfection. In addition, the system reduces HVAC energy consumption by maintaining clean coils.
Vac Systems International: Vacuum Collection System
The Super Collector E-Max vacuum collection system can be used for both residential and commercial air duct cleaning projects. The system features two 1.5-hp motors and two 3,500-cfm backward inclined airfoil fans that deliver 7,000 free air cfm and 5,000 measured cfm. It also features a long-lasting high-capacity HEPA filter.
